What does DOG do and what is the secret of its success that has kept it on the market for almost 125 years? DOG produces additives that are unknown to many. However, they are contained in many products in our daily lives, whether in door seals, sneaker soles or in engine oil for cars and other drive systems. The main advantages of additives are that they either help to speed up manufacturing processes or take on properties in products that improve them. And they do this for various industries. Continuity and innovative, long-term strategies for today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow are reliable cornerstones for the almost 100 colleagues at DOG, which is still family-owned today.
The fact that you can develop at D.O.G is great, in my case from trainee to foreman and head of maintenance. It's great that we are trusted to do something and that we are given the freedom to do things that are sometimes quite demanding, but really fun.
