For some time now, D.O.G has set itself the goal of developing and applying specific know-how and technologies until they are ready for the market. This includes not only the development of new products but also the improvement of existing recipes, the optimization of production processes and the introduction of modern technologies. These development goals are not only linked to the improvement of profitability, but always and above all to the constant increase in the sustainability of the entire company. Aspects of the climate, but also the preservation of the health of people and the environment, play the central roles here.
To achieve these development goals, many factors in the entire company, including the entire corporate philosophy, are decisive. A starting point for decisive new developments is often the research and development laboratories of D.O.G. In the R&D laboratories, the first important findings a In order to increase the speed of this important laboratory work and to significantly improve the quality of the laboratory steps, D.O.G has already invested significantly in the laboratory equipment with regard to modern measuring instruments as well as in the staffing of the laboratory team with new personnel in the past two years. The newly acquired staff includes permanent specialists as well as temporary staff, such as working students. In the near future, we plan to expand our laboratory team even further. With modern laboratory equipment such as an X-ray fluorescence analyzer, a GC-MS or an RPA-Flex for improved determination of application properties in the rubber field, we have already been able to significantly improve our analytical capabilities. In addition, we strive to use our own analytical methods with self-developed know-how to make more effective use of existing and new analytical measuring instruments and thus to consistently reduce the time required for laboratory analyses.
With our additional forces, the new instrumentation and our own analytical know-how, we want to be in a position to significantly accelerate development processes in the short term in order to bring forward necessary innovations much faster.
